COVID-19 Lockdown - Sikander Kalla

Understanding the importance of staying functional and how decreased occupational and social functioning may exacerbate depressive symptoms. Realising that ‘out of sight’ does not need to equate to being out of mind. Watching your diet, physical activity and how well you maintain your sleep hygiene.

The abovementioned topics are some of the issues I have been discussing during the lockdown. This blog post video adds to the discussion of how to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic.
